• Exclusivo may remove products or suspend vendor accounts that violate laws, regulations, or these Terms.

5. Payments

• Exclusivo integrates with third-party payment processors. We do not store or handle credit card details directly.
• By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of our payment processor.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and shipping their own products, unless otherwise specified.

6. Privacy & Data Security

• We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.
• Exclusivo does not sell personal information to third parties.
• Sensitive data (like payment details) is never stored on our servers and is processed securely by trusted third-party providers.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exclusivo is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
